Shipping & Return



  • Orders are dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 11am (AEST) on a business day* or the next business day on other days.
  • Orders are dispatched the next business day if the order is placed after 11am (AEST) on a business day.
  • Orders will ship directly from our farm near Byron Bay or from our Brisbane office.

* Business Days are Monday through to Friday and exclude gazetted holidays in Queensland – please refer to the Queensland Government website for the most up to date schedule.


  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders $200 and over.
  • For orders less than $200, shipping is at a flat rate of $10.
  • Estimated delivery times:

Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne Metro: 1-2 business days

Rest of Australia: 2-5 business days.


  • We offer international delivery at a flat rate of AUD$18.
  • There may be regulations on what type of food and how much food product can be imported by an individual. Each country’s regulations differ. When unsure, contact us directly using the contact form and our logistics team will get back to you.



  • MOON&FORK products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Our customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a faulty product or products that are different from the description we provided.
  • If you have received products that are faulty, or different from the description we provided, notify us within 10 days of your purchase with the issue that needs to be resolved.
  • If you have received an incorrect item, we will the replace item at our cost. You must contact us within 10 days of your purchase with the full details of the item including the purchase date and order number, description of the product and the issue so we can replace your products as soon as we can. This information also allows us to build on our continuous improvement practices and sustainability outcomes.
  • Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address before finalising your order. We do not offer a refund for the shipping costs of any item that is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
  • We may not be able to replace or refund a full amount in an unlikely event that any item is returned us in a damaged or consumed condition.
  • Please make sure to use a postal service that includes tracking information and insures the value of items. We are not responsible for any items that are lost in the mail, or damaged in transit.
  • Your account may take 7 business days to be credited depending on your financial institution.
